As Boz Tıbbi Malzeme Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (Data Supervisor) under Reoxcel, we would like to note the following under our clarification liability under Protection of Personal Data Law (“Law”) which supervises the personal data to protect the private life, fundamental rights and freedom;

In accordance with the law, your personal data is recorded and stored in accordance with the establishment of a service relationship as a Data Supervisor and Data Processor, ensuring the continuity of service, performance of our services, and responsibilities arising from other laws as a company.

In this context, the Data Supervisor can obtain, record, preserve personal information, update, rearrange them in order to maintain the contractual relationship, disclose, transfer, transfer, share and transfer personal information to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation.

Your personal data refers to data and information that identifies you, such as your name, surname, address, contact numbers, identity number, billing information, questions asked by your doctor or our employees, your answers, the transactions you request, access information that you have declared so that you can benefit from our service agreements.

Your personal data, during the treatment or appointment by fully or partially automatic means, by recording the information and statements requested by our customer representatives for your user safety, in case you benefit from the call centre services, and by transmitting data and documents such as documented domain names and identity samples requested in other services to us.

Personal data of special nature refers to data on race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, disguise and dress, membership to associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and represents genetic data.

As a rule, our company does not request or process sensitive data from its users. However, the information and data required for registration due to the policies of third parties and organizations may be recorded, limited to this, in case of providing special quality personal data.

Without prejudice to the situations stipulated in Article 28 of the Law titled Exceptions, your rights that you can exercise by applying to our Company within the framework of article 11 of the Law are as follows:

Learn whether your personal data is processed.

Demand information if your personal data is processed.

Learn the purpose to process your personal data and whether such data is used purposefully.

Learn the third parties which can either be national or international that your personal data is transferred.

Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to the above articles to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

Object to any results that might be detrimental for your when your processed data is exclusively analysed via automated systems.

Demand for compensation for the loss if your experience any losses due to illegal personal data processing.

We would like to state that we reserve the right to demand the costs of Boz Tıbbi Malzeme Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in accordance with the tariff specified in Article 13 of the Law, titled Application to Data Supervisor, to fulfil your requests.
